Our Impact

At Bhan Haow Foundation, every project begins with compassion and ends with hope. Together with our supporters, we’re transforming lives across rural Laos—one meal, one classroom, one family at a time.

2019: Building the Foundation

• • Improved Bhan Si Koun Moung Middle School, creating better learning spaces.
  • Delivered food donations to village families in need.
  • Provided new tables so students had safe and sturdy places to study.
  • Supplied school essentials to children from low-income families, helping them continue their education.

2020: Plans Interrupted, Commitment Unchanged

• • Designed plans for additional bathrooms for students to improve sanitation and health. (Although the pandemic halted this project, the need remains—and so does our dedication to complete it.)

2023: Expanding Our Reach

• • Provided visually impaired students with nutritious food and essential school supplies, supporting both their health and education
  • Supported monks at local temples with food donations.
  • Delivered new chairs for classrooms.
  • Continued to provide school supplies for children from impoverished families.

2025: Building Hope, Brick by Brick

• • Completed the construction of a new home for a family in need, bringing safety and dignity.
  • Built a 6-stall bathroom for a temple, supporting both health and community well-being.

Looking Ahead

Our mission doesn’t stop here. With your support, we will:

  • Launch new projects that directly improve education, health, and quality of life.

Mission

We are dedicated to transforming the lives of less fortunate families in Laos by bringing hope, education, and opportunity to communities impacted by poverty. Through building schools, providing food and shelter, and strengthening villages, we strive to break the cycle of hardship and empower future generations. Our mission is to create lasting change—where every child can learn, every family can thrive, and every community can flourish.

Meet our Team

The team is made up of great people and volunteers.   We came from academia, some honed their skills in corporate America, and most have spent our entire careers in the social sectors.  We’re united by the desire to improve the lives of the less fortunate around the world by supporting and managing special humanitarian projects.
